Coffee meets at 'Prerana Life style' FAIR TRADE INDIA shop and ESAF office as well as Consumer Campaigns at mainstream shopping locations will be the highlights of World Fair Trade Day celebrations being organised by ESAF. Producers, students and people from different walks of life will be invited to the programs. 

 

In addition to this, Seminars and Exhibitions are planned all over India by Fair Trade fraternity to celebrate World Fair Trade Day 2012.Celebrations are being organised in Udaipur, Kolkata, Bangalore, Mysore, Ooty, Thrissur Mumbai and Dahod as well to promote Fair Trade during the one week starting from 12th May 2012. Indha FAIR TRADE INDIA shop will be organising a Coffee Meet on 18th May 2012 to celebrate World Fair Trade day. Consumers, students and corporate representative will be invited to the programs.

 

In Delhi, Students from school and learning centres being run by FTF-I members – Literacy India, Purackal Youth Development Society as well as from various other schools will be staging dances, plays and songs to celebrate World Fair Trade Day at Sri Satya Sai auditorium from 9.30 AM onwards on 12th March 2012.singer Andrew Dilli Dilliwala will also perform during the occassion.  

 

A special exhibition of Fair Trade garments from Sadhna and Madhya Kolikata Shilpangan (MKS) will take place in MESH FAIR TRADE INDIA shop at Udaipark, New Delhi. Singer Andrew Dilli Dilliwala will be performing at 5.30 Pm during the opening ceremony of the exhibition.
